Club Ohm (Pty) Ltd – Orders, Shipping, and Returns Policy
1. Products Certain products may be available exclusively via our website. These products and/or services may be limited in quantity and are eligible for return or exchange solely in accordance with the terms set forth in our Warranty and Returns Policy.
While every reasonable effort has been made to accurately display product images and colours as they appear in-store, Club Ohm does not guarantee that your device’s display of any colour or image will be precise.
Club Ohm reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to limit the sale of products or services to any individual, geographic region, or jurisdiction. Club Ohm further reserves the right to restrict quantities of any product or service offered, to modify product descriptions and pricing at any time, or to discontinue any product without notice. Any offer for any product or service on this website is void where prohibited by law.
Club Ohm does not warrant that any product, service, information, or other material purchased or obtained will meet the customer’s expectations or that any errors in the service will be corrected.
2. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information Club Ohm reserves the right to reject or cancel any order placed. At our discretion, we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per customer, household, or order. This may include orders made under the same customer account, with the same credit card, or utilizing the same billing and/or shipping address. Should we modify or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the contact information provided at the time the order was placed.
Customers agree to provide accurate, current, and complete purchase and account information. Customers are further obligated to update such information promptly to facilitate order processing and communication.

3. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions Occasionally, information on our site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions pertaining to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, delivery times, and availability. Club Ohm reserves the right to correct any such errors and to update or cancel orders, if necessary, without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted.
Club Ohm undertakes no obligation to amend or clarify such information unless required by law.
4. Product Availability Order lead times are dependent on stock availability. If stock is available and payment has been received and validated before 14h00, the order will be dispatched on the same business day.
If the product is out of stock, customers are requested to allow up to ten (10) working days plus freight transit time for restocking and delivery.
Club Ohm will make reasonable efforts to ship orders promptly. However, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays, in which case we will contact the customer to provide a revised delivery schedule.
5. Delivery Policy By completing a purchase, a binding agreement is created, and the customer's right to a refund is governed strictly by the terms outlined herein. Customers should not proceed with purchases unless they agree to all stated terms and conditions.
6. Shipping is conducted on a counter-to-counter basis within South Africa. Risk and title pass to the customer once the package has departed from our premises. Club Ohm is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect shipping information. The customer bears all responsibility for ensuring delivery details are accurate. Any additional costs arising from customer error will be borne by the customer.
7. Shipping Rates Club Ohm applies a flat shipping fee of R130 for deliveries within South Africa.
Delivery Timeline: Orders paid before 08h00 on weekdays will be delivered within 72 hours nationwide (excluding weekends and public holidays).
8. Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact the customer to arrange reshipment. Additional delivery charges will apply and are the customer's responsibility.
9. Order Processing Orders will not be processed until full payment is received and reflects in our bank account.
10. Payment Options and Pricing All transactions are conducted in South African Rand (ZAR). Final order prices include product price, applicable taxes, and shipping charges at the time of shipment.
Credit Card Payments
We accept Visa and MasterCard. Customers without credit cards may use alternate payment options or return to the site later to finalize their orders.
Direct Deposit
For direct deposits made at a bank branch, customers must email the deposit slip to info@clubohm.com to confirm payment and enable order fulfilment.
11. Promotional/Coupon Codes Promotional codes or coupons are subject to specific terms and conditions. Unless otherwise indicated, the following general conditions apply:
