  • What shipping options do I have?
    We offer nationwide courier delivery across South Africa. A flat rate shipping fee of R130 applies to orders under R1000. For orders over R1000, shipping is free. Shipping Providers include The Courier Guy and Pudo Locker delivery services. Other Delivery Options: Standard Delivery takes 1-2 business days in Johannesburg; 2-3 business days in Main Centres; and 3-5 business days to the rest of South Africa. Overnight Delivery: Order before 10:30 AM on a business day to get it between 2 PM and 5 PM within 50km of Johannesburg. Locker Delivery takes 2-4 business days for PUDO.
  • How can I qualify for free delivery?
    Simply spend R1000 or more on your order to qualify for free nationwide delivery. The discount is automatically applied at checkout.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    Orders placed and paid for by 12:00 PM on weekdays are typically delivered within 72 hours to main City Centers. Delivery times may vary based on your location and exclude weekends and public holidays.
  • Do you offer same-day delivery?
    At this time, we do not offer same-day delivery. However, we are continually working to improve delivery times and may offer this service in select areas in the future.
  • How do I return a product?
    To return a product, follow these simple steps: Contact Us – Send us a WhatsApp message or email within 2 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return. Ensure the Product is Sealed – We only accept returns for unopened, sealed items. Arrange Collection – We’ll coordinate a courier collection. The collection fee will be deducted from your refund. Choose Your Refund Method – Once the item is received and inspected, you can choose between store credit or a refund to your original payment method. Please note: Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from Club Ohm.
  • How do I get a refund?
    If you’re eligible for a refund, follow these steps: Contact Us – Reach out via WhatsApp or email within 3 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for the refund request. Return the Product – Refunds are only issued for sealed, unused items. We’ll arrange collection, and the courier fee will be deducted from your refund. Refund Options – Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you can choose between: A refund to your original payment method, or Store credit for future purchases. Note: Refunds are only processed for items purchased directly from Club Ohm.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
